This adds three new proof rules:
deleted_prf: used instead ofAxiom_prfwhen a proof is deleted viadelete_proofGENL_prfreflects thatGENLis a primitive proof rule and not justitlist GENcompute_prfbecausecomputeis also a primitive proof rule. OpenTheory can't handle it, but the error message is moved to logging, because I would like to reuse the logging kernel for a non-OT export.The comments have been copied over from the standard version of the kernel, so diffing is more effective.
