How to Upload Manuscript Images

1. Go to the JPEG folder within any manuscript folder.

2. All manuscript image names should consist of the manuscript id and the specific page number of the page. For example, if the manuscript id of the manuscript is “SW_Letters_1791_02_10” and the page number is 5, then the image name should be SW_Letters_1791_02_10_005.jpg. As you can see, the page number consists of an underscore followed by three digits. In this case, the page number section of the image name is “_005". In most cases, the manuscript ID will already be in the name of the image, but the page number part of the name will be formatted incorrectly. For example, if the name of an image says “SW_Sutcliff_Page_004.jpg”, then the name should be “SW_Sutcliff_004.jpg”.
