🌟 My Contributions

I'm actively contributing to various projects with a focus on Data Science and Bioinformatics. Here are the main repositories I've contributed to:

  1. AutoViML/featurewiz: I've added a skip_xgboost feature which allows skipping the recursive xgboost step. This was done in response to an open issue and the code was subsequently incorporated into the main repository.

  2. adamewing/bamsurgeon: I've introduced a new vcf parameter to the addsv.py and addsnv.py scripts. This new parameter allows users to directly pass a VCF file path to the scripts, enhancing its versatility and utility. I also fixed a ZeroDivisionError in asmregion.py. This fix, which prevents a crash when the number of reads is zero . This improvement simplifies the workflow, making the script more flexible and easier to use.

  3. Advent of Code solutions: My solutions to the Advent of Code challenges have been added to the awesome-advent-of-code repository.
