Interpolate multiple expressions in a string

Since the interpolate macro used to use regexp-replace instead of regex-replace*, strings like "4 + @{(+ 1 1)} = @{(+ 4 2)}" would expand to a call to format with improper arguments because the string tried to interpolate multiple Racket expressions.
