Updates headings to avoid errors from MDXv2 parser (see Header ID syntax is not compatible with MDXv2's syntax for embedding expressions facebook/docusaurus#9155 (comment))
Adds missing explicit anchor definitions
Increases subhead level for self standalone setup headings to prevent them from showing in the sidebar on other tabs

The anchor changes are part of preparing for using Crowdin for i18n.
