This commit deprecates `astrodata.testing.get_associate_calibrations`, for removal in version 3.0.0.

get_associated_calibrationsis a DRAGONS/Gemini-specific function that is probably better kept elsewhere. As of right now, it doesn't seemed to be used in eitherastrodataorDRAGONSother than tests of the function itself.
