What (if any) features are you implementing?

Removing an duplicate program (it can be found on line 66) that caused running quick_start to error out

@msrezaie I know that you were having some trouble with the quick_start. Does this fix anything for you.

@CalebPena this was one of the changes that I made in the quick_start.py script but forgot to mention in my 'Bug/no results' PR description. And yeah this changes makes the quick_start.py script run without errors.
