Here, we provide the tutorials (jupyter notebooks) to test the software by running the image registration (create and test registration maps) and the distance measurements pipelines from an example dataset used in Picco et al. (Picco et al., 2017). We also provide a Colab notebook to run the full workflow online.
The data is supplied in zip format and contains the instructions to run the software in the README.md file.
