There isn't really a 1.41 chado release (nor will there likely ever be). With the implementation of #79 , there is no need for "hundredths place" numbers in Chado releases, since they used to indicate that there was a change in some underlying software, like the Perl-based chado bulk loader, but since that has been moved to another repo, the ONLY releases of chado will be for new schemas. So, we should get rid of Chado/schemas/1.41.
