setting up apollo3 with jbrowse2

First: thanks for such a great tool.

I have a question about setting up the Apollo browser.
After the apollo config address etc. settings I try to run the apollo login command.

But then I got this error:

Error: connect ECONNREFUSED xx.xx.xx.xx:80
    at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (node:net:1555:16) {
  errno: -111,
  code: 'ECONNREFUSED',
  syscall: 'connect',
  address: 'xx.xx.xx.xx',
  port: 80
}
    TypeError: fetch failed

So, do I choose the right port to host (80) or is it a different one, because jbrowse2 normally host on port 3000 and I was already able to install jbrowse2 and apollo3 separately.

Hi Stefan, thanks for your interest in Apollo. If you are following the instructions here, make sure you set the correct address. I.e. you may need:

apollo config address http://host.docker.internal/apollo

instead of:

apollo config address http://localhost/apollo
