✨ Feature

Application Insights generates its own user IDs for each client. Using these IDs we can track navigation, exceptions, and requests. Let's invisibly add these to support tickets to help our troubleshooting.

I'm not worried about privacy concerns here. This is all info we're already tracking in different places, this just makes it easier to cross-reference in a useful way. I'm unblocking it.

To be clear, we are only adding Application Insights anonymous user id. Not the actual user id in the DB. There shouldn't be any privacy concern in here.
