🐛 Create account - conflicting toasts

🐛 Bug

On the create account page, if you enter an email address already is use you get one green toast saying the account was created and one red toast saying the email is in use.

📋 Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as a new user
2. In the "create account" page use an email address that is already taken
3. Submit the form

• If there is an error during creating an account, no success toast should be shown
