This is the Repository for the Module Data Management and Archiving

In the Module you implement a data project from synthetic hospital source data to a consolidated master data set. After that the data will be analysed using machine learning techniques. The focus is on the data management part. The following things will be created:

• Data management plan
• Documentation of the source data
• Documentation of the master data set
• Implementation of the Extract Transform Load Process to create the Master Data Set
• Producing and documenting reproducible data analysis pipelines
• Version Management
• Integration of the documentation with the implemented code
