Installing TWOMBLI:

Please install TWOMBLI using the provided update site (see: https://imagej.net/update-sites/following for more information).

Using TWOMBLI:

To run TWOMBLI (once installed), simply navigate to the plugins menu in FIJI/ImageJ and select TWOMBLI.

When the plugin is first run, you may select an image to act as your 'demo' image. This can be used to test run TWOMBLI before a large batch of images are selected.

Once your test image is selected, the TWOMBLI configuration dialog will appear. You can click the 'Information' button for more information on the plugin.

First, you must select your output directory (any contents will be deleted).

You may then adjust the configuration of TWOMBLI according to your needs.

To see how TWOMBLI would perform using your test image, you can select 'Run Preview'.

Once you are happy with your settings, you may use 'Select Batch' to select a folder containing all of the images you wish to process with these same settings. You can then use 'Run Batch' to process said images. Note, this may take some time!
