Installation

For details on how to install the plugin, see the README in the plugin repo. This covers how to both install the plugin, and also how to install Nextflow if not already installed.

For internal Crick users, this has already been done on OnDemand, so skip this!

Warning

For external users, this will likely need to be done by your local HPC team. Please see the guide for some pointers on setting this up.
