Basically it allows to receive MRA in "customer" locations without a company and calculate the quantities accordingly. Depends on https://github.com/Eficent/manufacture/tree/11.0-mrp_repair_account
Also changes a bit the wizards that creates repair orders from RMAs in order to set proper locations on repair orders.
