Original PR: NovaSector/NovaSector#4366

About The Pull Request

Title. And a proper continuation of #4336. Cargo's imports category's Long-to-Short Range Bluespace Transceiver, -or more specifically a board and some parts to get it-, has been removed from purchase.

How This Contributes To The Nova Sector Roleplay Experience

Nukes Cargo's monopoly on the Black Market, properly. This way, everyone is equal when it comes to assembling The Machine, by having to hope it gets flung into the station, or whatever department it gets into isn't going to be an ass to get to.

Proof of Testing

Screenshots/Videos If it compiles, there is nothing to really test.

Changelog

🆑 Stalkeros
balance: Long-to-Short Range Bluespace Transceiver (LTSRBT) boards can be acquired from the Black Market only.
