AN-5712/logging

[drethereum]

Adds generic logging macro with the following improvements;

1. Config and other params now logged as a comment at the top of target/ compiled models (continue to be logged in terminal output)
2. Macro can be easily applied to all models with just 1 line of code minimum
3. Anything that was previously included from the logs and is now excluded, is already compiled as a value in the model
4. In addition, outputs the raw model jinja/sql/comments code as a resource
