This release adds a boolean to the entry fields (unreleased) that can be used to determine whether or not the card in question is released. It also adds the unreleased folders (and the cards inside them) to the packed output.

Edit on 6-5-2020: replaced mac version with one compiled on macOS 10.14

On macOS, you must install gcc
