Fix slightly misleading graphite check error

• Checks if key/numerator/metric are present and throws a separate error if not.
• Updated to use .test instead of .match for testing against the regex and fixed it to make sure next was actually prepended.
• Added the name of the check to the error so it's clearer where to look when it bombs.
