Rachni Beta v0.9

This is the beta release of my streaming site front end, code-named Rachni.

Current features:

• Account System
• Private stream keys
• On-demand recording
• In-site recording playback
• Subscription System (notifications only)
• Stream API

Please check the readme for more information on installation, and please do not hesitate to email me or open a new issue on github with any issues or questions.

This is a beta release. I have done my best to ensure that all current features function smoothly and have fixed as many bugs as possible, but I have a very limited audience for testing.
