Adds more functionality to the Scarab, adding missing kitchen equipment, removed an extra lightbulb, added materials and basic engineering equipment, added lower dock canister air pumps for possible engineering ERT usage in future. Also added 3 space heaters.
Bee had its atmosphere fixed.
Scarab + Bee now have blue IFF colors. (Hopefully)
