This extension streamlines accessing and downloading scientific articles and books. Here's a breakdown of its features:
Scientific Articles: Clicking the toolbar button on an article page will open the article via a Sci-hub mirror or Nexus if Sci-hub doesn’t have it.
Books on Amazon, Google Books, or Goodreads: Pressing the toolbar button searches for the book on Libgen or Anna's Archive, showing the search results.
Download PDF Feature: Right-clicking on a scientific article link allows you to download the PDF. For book links on supported sites, it opens Libgen search results. This doesn’t work with Goodreads and Google Books – use the toolbar button instead.
Customizable Mirror Options: Users can switch between Sci-hub and Library Genesis mirrors or opt for Anna's Archive instead of Libgen via the options page.
Chromium based browser support is not planned, I do not have the time to support two manifest versions. I'll accept pull requests if someone implements this for Chrome though!
You can use the extension with scientific articles and books on Amazon, Goodreads and Google Books. You can use Scihub, Library Genesis and Anna's Archive to download.
