A Simple SteamAPI Wrapper

Usage:

--- x86 ---

1. Rename the original steam_api.dll to ValveAPI.dll.
2. Copy steam_api.dll to game folder.

--- x64 ---

1. Rename the original steam_api64.dll to ValveAPI64.dll.
2. Copy steam_api64.dll to game folder.

--- Configure ---

1. Change language to any you want.
2. Visit SteamDB to get DLC info.
3. Add info to DLC section like this. (247450 = PAYDAY 2: Pre-order Bonus)
