Pipeline list and browser

The /api/v1/pipelines/ is fully implemented in the backend, and requires a front-end interface.

Create a browser for viewing available pipelines in the ChRIS_store. When logged in, the option to delete the pipelines you own should be present.

Pipelines can be uploaded: see #224
