v1.3.1 - Steamworks, interface upgrade

• Temporarily remove preview/description viewing
• Add mod status details
• Add corp icons to replace the corresponding tag names
• Hopefully fixed no mods selected resulting in default behaviour (all subscribed mods used), instead of no mods used
• Integrated with Steamworks for better workshop mod data fetching
• Updated validation to be near-continuous - no longer need to press the button every time
• Auto-maximize on load
• Moved mod loading screen into the general collection managing screen
