Added a new prctl that we need to emulate. Some ioctls have changed that we don't really care about or will naturally work.
Fairly easy since the arguments can just be passed through. The rest of the v6.5 changes don't seem to be anything worth caring about.

A few new syscalls and some new ioctls to deal with.
Since we have the mdwe warning in place this will be fine, if an application actually uses that then we will have a use-case we can test against while I implement the rest of the support.
Not a ton of things in here that we need to care about. v6.7 will be more interesting when in releases in a few weeks since it adds new futex syscalls.
