본인 branch 확인(이글은 지우고 PR)
Fork 진행 후 default branch 를 dev_deploy로 설정한다.
해당 branch에서 fork를 진행하되 branch 명은 {PR타입}/{issue_num} (ex: feature/6)
issue 기능이 너무 많을 경우 큰 기능으로 나누어서 PR 제목 작성후 PR 진행
또한, 무조건 자신의 dev_deploy 로 merge를 진행하고, everyuniv/dev 로 PR 신청 (개인 REPO에서 CI를 진행해줌)
