I successfully completed an intensive Data Analytics Bootcamp at Ironhack in December 2023. This hands-on program equipped me with strong expertise in data analytics tools like Python, SQL, and Tableau. Since then, I’ve applied my skills in various impactful roles.

As a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Consultant, I led and executed Business Intelligence projects, focusing on data management, quality, and dashboard design. I also developed IT governance models and established a business terminology glossary to improve cross-functional communication. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, I ensured that analyses and reports were accurate and actionable.

Currently, in my role as a Data Analyst, I drive forecasting, scheduling, and routing to enhance operational efficiency in logistics. I manage daily logistics for large volumes of packages, optimizing processes to balance cost, customer satisfaction, and delivery partner experience. My focus is on developing best practices, ensuring compliance with service targets, and implementing continuous improvements through strategic communication and research
