This PR closes #2393.

Details

Proposed feature:

For command /home and /sethome added ability to have separate limits for worlds and world groups as mentioned in issue.
This PR adds configuration to allow user to have limits for each world or world group.
It also adds a Unit tests for these features into code.

Environments tested:

OS:
MacOS Sonoma 14.1, Macbook Pro M1 Pro 16inch 16GB 1TB

Java version:
openjdk version "17.0.9" 2023-10-17 LTS
OpenJDK Runtime Environment Zulu17.46+19-CA (build 17.0.9+8-LTS)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Zulu17.46+19-CA (build 17.0.9+8-LTS, mixed mode, sharing)

  • Most recent Paper version (1.XX.Y, git-Paper-BUILD)
  • CraftBukkit/Spigot/Paper 1.12.2
  • CraftBukkit 1.8.8
