I've decided to nuke Forge support, because a lot of other mods did too and the Gradle configuration for jarJar and shadow was unconquerable. |

The NeoForge server not running in the development environment is related to this issue: thedarkcolour/KotlinForForge#86. Since I can test the mod with Fabric for 1.20.4 I will merge this and just live with the fact I can't test the Neo server. |

This PR ports AstralBot to NeoForge and reorganizes the build scripts to not use Architectury anymore.
There's still a few things left to do:
