Troubleshooting
Are you having problems with Endless or its commands? Continue reading if the answer was yes!
First, before submiting a bug report, check Discord's Status, if Discord is having issues, Endless may have issues as well.
After you have checked Discord isn't having issues, check Endless has permissions to write or to read a channel. The easiest way to check if the permissions are broken is to give the bot Administrator
permission.
If it isnt responding even after checking permissions you might have been marked as ignored by a Server Admin.
If after checking you aren't ignored, the bot still doesn't answer please join the support guild to investigate about the problem.
This is probably Discord having issues. Please check Discord's Status and look for any issue. If Discord is not having issues a shard (a part of the bot) might have died. Please join the support server and post your server ID in #support
Endless can be configured to ignore specific actions/events or users. This includes targets, issuers and events or actions. Take a look at this page to learn how to ignore or un-ignore actions or users.
Check the bot has permissions to Send Messages, Read History, Embed Links and Read Channel.

There might be permission overrides specific for those members or roles they have. Make sure to remove any Send Message
permission override.
If you need to re-configure and re-create every permission override for the mute command use e!setup mutedrole
