The target of this milestone is to reach a point where the project will not be irreparably damaged by any one of the 4 founding developers leaving the project.
The exact details will be worked out later, however I will try to set up an exact procedure that takes from each developer no more than a "handful" of hours at most.
The main goals are:

  1. All code documented (documentation procedure to be defined later).

  2. All implemented code in master should a few 'Decent' unit tests. They don't have to be 100% catch everything. However they should be enough to have at least one of them fails if the feature breaks.

Nothing more, nothing less. Nobody should work any issue until this is finished.
