All testing issues relating to milestone A sane master MUST ref this issue.
Any step, requirement or guideline for required testing for milestone A sane master can found here

  1. If you implement a unit test and it fails (even because the it needs something that is not implemented) leave in. A failing unit fails for a reason. It serves as some sort of documentation for that reason
