Elgg Twitter api

Allows users to log in with their Twitter account and provides access to the Twitter API.

Note:

This plugin was split from the original Elgg project code on 2017-07-28.

The following command was used: git filter-branch --prune-empty --subdirectory-filter mod/twitter_api master
