What does this PR do?

Add info | Improve repo

For resources

Description

Flavio Copes owns 15 free books, 14 related with programming topic.

Why is this valuable (or not)?

Those resources should be getted using the newsletter sign up according to his requirements, so use his web to get resources and annotate item with.

Also changes some resources with the real available files formats: PDF, EPUB, Kindle

With all this changes, all resources have the same format.

Resolves task added to backlog in #5762

Checklist:

  • Put lists in alphabetical order, correct spacing.
