Fix input folders and add start and end date to output path

The input folders have been wrongly changed. This is fixing it and it is also adding the start and end date to the output path.

I am also changing the default orbit to "A" because it should have a higher detection rate for forest change.

No tif files were found with a4c26ea. Is the A orbit part of the test dataset?

Good point. It might not be. So we should set the orbit in the tests.
