pay it every months. The bank is reluctant to grant him a morgage,
with instalment similar in amount to his rent. Robert thinks this is
ridicouls since is already paying an equal amount in rent every

Robert is a tecnology guy, he was able to understand the functionament

the NFT collection was issued.
Robert is a young man who dreams of buying a nice apartment in the
city center. Although his rent is quite high, he manages to pay it
every month. However, the bank is hesitant to give him a mortgage,
even though the monthly installments would be similar to his rent.
Robert finds this absurd, as he’s already proving he can afford the
same amount every month. Frustrated, he decides to try the Ekoke
method.
People from all around the world, the third parties, bought the NFTs
that rapresent robert' mortgage. Robert is able to move in, and
start to enjoy the house. He startes to buy each month a NFT, and in a
couple of years he was able to buy them all. Robert, now, is a pride
real estate owner, paying a little fraction of interests compared to
the ones that he would have paid with some method that are more

Being tech-savvy, Robert quickly understands how Ekoke works and is
ready to begin. He pays the deposit, and an NFT collection
representing his mortgage is issued. People from around the
world—third-party investors—buy these NFTs. Robert moves into his new
home and begins purchasing an NFT each month. Within a couple of
years, he manages to buy them all.

Now, Robert proudly owns his property, having paid far less in
interest than he would have with more "mainstream" methods. "main

<Paragraph.Leading>
Alice is a middle age woman, she want to buy a bigger house for her
family. Also in her case, the bank is reclunt to grant her a mortgage
due to the fact she do not have enought for the down-payment.
She decided to use the Ekoke method only for a share of the
house's value instead of buying the property entirly. Then her
intentiions are to rely on a bank for the remening part of the
mortgage.
Also for Alice a NFT collection is being issued, but it does not
represent the entire value of the property but only a part, let's say
30%. She payed also a deposit calculated on that part, so on 30%. Her
goal is buy all the NFTs too. Once she've bought all of them, she have
been to the bank that realise her the mortgage for the remaing part,
so 70%. In this way she is able to obtain lower instalment and a lower
interest rate.
Alice is a middle-aged woman who wants to buy a larger home for her
family. However, the bank is reluctant to give her a mortgage because
she doesn't have enough money for the entire down payment. She decides
to use the Ekoke method for a portion of the property's value, rather
than the entire purchase, with the intention of getting a traditional
mortgage from the bank for the remaining amount. For Alice, an NFT
collection is issued, but it only represents 30% of the property's
value. \ She puts down a deposit based on that 30%. Her plan is to
gradually buy all the NFTs related to that portion of the house. Once
that's done, Alice approaches the bank, which gives her a mortgage for
the remaining 70% of the property's value. This way, she gets her
dream home without the risk of losing it due to lack of capital and
time.

<CardStory title={'Darius'} person={<Persons.Darius />}>
<Paragraph.Leading>
Darius found the house of his dream, but he does not want to rely on a
bank to buy it, so he used Ekoke. Darius paid the deposit and started
to repay back the third parties buying the NFTs back.
Darius found his dream home but didn't want to rely on a bank to
purchase it, so he turned to Ekoke. After paying the deposit, he began
repaying the third parties by buying back the NFTs tied to the
property. However, Darius, not being a reliable person, stopped making
his installment payments, which meant he no longer repaid the NFTs.
This upset the third parties, and since the repayment deadline passed,
Ekoke had to step in.
DDarius had already moved into the house, but because the NFTs were
still owned by third parties, Ekoke used the deposit Darius initially
paid to cover part of the debt. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to
fully repay everyone, so Ekoke dipped into its own reserves to settle
the remaining balances. As a result, Ekoke legally took ownership of
the property and began the eviction process.
Darius is not a nice guy, and for some reason he have stopped to pay
his instalment, meaning he is no longer pay back any NFTs. The third
party are upset, and the maximum time avaiable to pay them has passe
so the Ekoke organization intervene. Since all the NFTs are owned by
third parties, Darius already moved in. The Ekoke organization have
used the deposit Darius payed at the beginning to repay the thirds
parties, but this is not enought to repay all of them. So Ekoke used
their reserves to pay back the remaing ones.
Once the eviction is complete, Ekoke plans to sell the house. Any
extra profit made from the sale will be added back to the reserve they
used, ensuring they are prepared for future cases of unreliable
buyers. Darius, having breached the contract, lost all of his
investment.
Now Ekoke is legally the owner of the property, and they have started
the evicting proccess towards Darius. Later Ekoke will sell the house,
the extra profit they did by selling the house is being put in the
same reserve that they used before, in the case some other
untrustworthy people joined Ekoke. Unlucky for Darius, he have lost
all of his investemnt due to the fact he have broke the contract.
