Bug fixes, DllExport functions and better architecture detection

The dll was crashing for some players because of very stupid error, it should now be fixed.
I removed the use of MFC since it was compltly useless.
ARM/ARM64 detection is now possible thanks to a rewrite of the architecture detection function.
Added DllExport functions:

  • IsWine
  • getWineVersion
  • getProcessorArch

How to install it? Well, nothing simpler, copy and paste the file in the game directory with Empire Earth.

Better Logging

Small update to get a log file that includes only the DLL logs rather than the whole process stdout 🚧
So now the Debug mode logs in a file with its own stream and in the console with the stdout redirection and the Release version logs only in a file with its own stream.
A small improvement has been made on the management of the main DLL mutex and on the name of the config file, which now use the name of the dll without extension rather than the hard coded name of the DLL.

How to install it? Well, nothing simpler, copy and paste the file in the game directory with Empire Earth.
That's it, yes, I know it's cool 🏆

The data is currently not publicly available but we are working on a public panel that will allow everyone to find information on the use of the game!

Minor improvements and bug fixes

Small update that fixes a problem that occurred when the DLL was not able to retrieve a session ID.
Some minor optimization and now able to detect the scenario editor 📈 !

The DLL is now signed 🔏 with the "Empire Earth Community" certificate in order to guarantee its authenticity.

How to install it? Well, nothing simpler, copy and paste the file in the game directory with Empire Earth.

Well, this is the first version, it makes the coffee globally.
I developed it very quickly but still with (some) care so it should be stable and bring very useful data for the community !
