5.9.2 Collective Roundup - Frontier Auth Registry Keys

Fixes a critical bug with the installer on new installs not creating registry keys (#2046)

Also includes a number of minor enhancements:

• Re-enables automatic submodule updates (Set up scheduled GitHub workflow for submodules check #1443)
• Allows Help -> About Version String can now be copied to clipboard (EDMC Help | About : make version information copyable #1936)
• EDMC Task Manager Printout now is less useless (Windows exe "description" far from useful #2045)
• Deprecated load_module() is now retired (load_module() being deprecated for Python 3.12 #1462)
• API Keys are masked in Settings (Mask API Keys in Settings #2047)
• Installer will now refuse to install on Win7 and Earlier (Investigate if we can make the Windows installer refuse on Windows 7 #1122)
