- Added being able to set authentication token as an Environmental variable,
  "GITHUB_OAUTH_TOKEN". Closes #11
- Added -a switch for listing all repos R/W access info
- Added -n switch for selecting issues based on their number
- Fixed #8 "long path" shown when using the CLI '-h' help switch
- Removed Docs badge
- Added Gem version badge
- Updated README
