@dan1338 I tried to use that patch but I get

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-- Phase: fetch
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

===>   valgrind-3.15.0 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found
=> dan1338-valgrind-dragonfly-3.15.0-dragonfly_GH0.tar.gz is not in /xports/devel/valgrind/distinfo.
=> Either /xports/devel/valgrind/distinfo is out of date, or
=> dan1338-valgrind-dragonfly-3.15.0-dragonfly_GH0.tar.gz is spelled incorrectly.
*** Error code 1

I guess it needs another patch to change the distinfo file accordingly.

Better late than never, I guess :)

So, even with the name change from this MR, it yields this error message?

@dan1338 yes it does.

I think the patch should be in the Delta repo and should apply on top of what is today in the 2024Q1 (or Q3 if we wait until next shipping of DPorts) branch of FreeBSD ports.
Trying to apply it (and make it generate a working DPort), I have so far : daftaupe/DeltaPorts@5dd9026
