Qual isolate supplier invoice line classes to separate files

In this PR :

• the supplier invoice class file length is reduced by about 18% (800 lines), from roughly 4500 to 3700 lines.
• the supplier rec invoice class file length is reduced by about 13% (300 lines), from roughly 2300 to 2000 lines.
• changelog is updated to reflect line class changes for developers
