Move to aperture from GDA before rotation

We should move to the correct aperture for the rotation as part of the rotation scan call in Hyperion, rather than relying on GDA to do the move.

Acceptance Criteria

• GDA passes in the aperture with which to do the scan
• Hyperion accepts this aperture and moves to it as part of setting up the sample environment for rotations

• Add selected aperture into rotation parameters, put this in the diffraction experiment parent
• Rotation plan moves the aperture as the first thing it does (or second, after snapshots, if that is done first)
