This release is the second release candidate for bioconductor 3.9.
In there, OmaDB 1.99 will become 2.0.0
- updated ipython notebook with examples from manuscript to new release of OMA browser
- upgrade licence from GPLv2 to GPLv3
- improve package according to bioconductor guidelines
- various cleanups of code and data
- improvements on documentation
