+We, the participants of this supranational system, announce a manifesto that will serve as the basis for the creation of a new system of governance based on the principles of equality and justice. Our manifesto consists of the following items:

The participants of the system will renounce these categories by renouncing citizenship, renouncing religion and nationality.
