Changes Curtains for QOL

About the PR

• Gives curtains interaction outline to make it more clear what a player is interacting with
• Gives curtains sprite fade so player can see behind closed curtains when behind them
• Changes hospital curtain to directional and open sprite takes up less space in the tile

Why / Balance

Mainly for QoL when curtains are placed on or near beds, especially in medical. Also, just better interactions all around.

Some maps might need to rotate their hospital curtains appropriately

• tweak: Hospital curtains now take up less space when open and have interaction outlines. This should make treating patients under them a little better.
