About the PR

  • use latest engine, theres also a replay vuln it fixes i think (upstream #30973)
  • update integration tests, they shouldve been updated by a cherry pick previously but werent so idk
  • update gamerule stuff from random meteor pr so it can work, meteor stuff commented out
  • portafib has medium cell now like normal defib
