General issues solved to improve usability.

Issues solved

#25 Restore all to Default settings not restoring the macros
#21 Change names of the default macros
#19 Unable to assign macro to a knob action
#18 Macros with names longer than 3 characters break.
#17 Macro names inconsistent
#16 Settings page, improve readability.
Macro names can't be empty.
Layer names can't be empty.

Pending task for next release:

Smart way of downloading layers. Right now it downloads keys and macro location (like M5) but not what's inside the macro. It is not very handy so a future version will include the macro and when uploading a layer will automatically add the macros to have a fully functional layer.
Right now you can modify macros but not add or remove them.
