Pull Request: City weather with wttr.in and Python
Description
A Python Program for users to get the lates weather via wttr.in.
Changes Made
Added a Python script for displaying the current weather for a provided city.
Usage
Run the script and Christchurch weather will appear.
Run the script with argument -c Name of city to display weather for provided city.
